Kiah Hostel Flyer – New Hostel for Indigenous Patients Travelling to Brisbane

Kiah is a not-for-profit, charitable organisation.

Since 2004 we have endeavoured to be the FIRST point of call for all hospital staff, community organisations/members seeking Indigenous patient and escort accommodation and transport in Brisbane.

Our aim has been to provide homely accommodation with quality, healthy meals and safe and timely transport.  This includes pick-up and drop-off at airport, train or bus and assistance through the airport terminal (if required), as well as access to any other support to meet the needs of our Indigenous clients.

We supply strollers and wheelie walkers for client use, saving them from having to transport their own.  We also have infant and child seating available in the bus for the safety and comfort of our younger clients. We hope that these services can reduce the stress of their time away from home and improve their health outcomes.

I have attached our flyer and if you would like any further information please feel free to contact us during Business hours, 7 days a week.  We have beds available now.
