Darumbal Community Youth Service Inc. and Dovetail is pleased to offer our “Young People and Drugs” (Y-Pad) Training.

This full-day workshop is an introduction to youth AOD work.  It targets practitioners who work directly with young people aged 10 – 25 years in a one-on-one capacity. For example, youth workers, alcohol and drug workers / clinicians, child safety officers, youth justice officers, residential support workers, youth support coordinators, school-based youth health nurses, indigenous health workers, mental health professionals, guidance officers, employment and vocational staff and other similar professionals are likely to benefit most from the course’s content.

Alcohol and Other Drugs counsellor

Hi folks, Bidgerdii now has the services of a part time AOD counsellor. This service is free and operates on a fortnightly basis, commencing 16 February.

Attached is the referral form that service.

As a bit of a general update, Bidgerdii has relocated all of its programs to the Richardson Road clinic with all clinical staff now operating from Bolsover Street.

As part of the programs team, the AOD counsellor will operate from the Shop 3 – 287 Richardson Road.
