BHP Billiton Mitsubishi Alliance (BMA) is the world’s largest seaborne coking coal supplier.  BMA operates eight mine sites and a coal loading port in Central Queensland.
BHP Billiton Mitsubishi Alliance (BMA) is offering a number of exciting opportunities for Traineeships  (Tyre Fitter, Coal Prep Plant & Operator) at various operations within Central Queensland.

Your traineeship will be for an 18 month fixed term period, where you will receive an excellent experience and benefit gained by working for the world’s largest seaborne coking coal supplier.  You will be given with industry-leading training including mentoring by some of BMA’s talented workforce providing the best opportunity to achieve the top of your chosen vocation. You will also experience first-rate working conditions with a focus on safety, quality and teamwork.

Our successful applicants will possess:

Ability to work safely in a mining environment
Proven attendance record (school or recent employment)
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Basic computer literacy
Motivation to learn and develop new skills
The ability to foster a teamwork atmosphere within the work group

Applications Open for ABC Operations Assistant Indigenous traineeships

ABC Resources is pleased to invite applications for two new Operations Assistant (Indigenous) traineeship positions at our TV studios in Elsternwick, Melbourne.

Successful applicants will receive a two year full-time paid traineeship in television technical production (with the possibility of applying for an ongoing position). The traineeship includes on-the-job training and mentoring from experienced professionals in grip and rigging, lighting, vision control, audio, camera, post-production and television transmission.
